WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Products manufactured by DT Arms carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We will promptly replace or repair any product that we determine to be defective. You are required to cooperate with us in providing reasonable documentation for us to be able to determine the nature of the problem. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Replacement parts are available for purchase for parts that have been worn out by normal use or damaged by improper use. 

RETURN POLICY

Refunds are limited to the original payment method and must be requested within 30 days of receiving items. If a credit card is used, and the same card is no longer valid or available, we are only able to offer store credit. 

Lowers: 80% Lower receivers can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. They must be in new condition and in original packaging, free of scratches or signs of use. Completed lowers are not returnable under any circumstances. Lower returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 80% Lowers may be returned for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Blemished lowers are a final sale item.  We do not accept returns on blemished lowers unless there is a functional manufacturing defect.  

80% Arms Uppers: Uppers can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. They must be in new condition and in original packaging, free of scratches or signs of use. Completed lowers are not returnable under any circumstances. Lower returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 80% Lowers may be returned for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Accessories: All accessories are non-refundable. If you notify us within seven days of receiving the goods that there is a problem, we will set up an exchange. If you experience a problem with any non-80% Arms branded upper receiver that you purchased from us, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and ensure that they work with you directly to resolve the issue. If the product is deemed to be defective, the manufacturer will repair or replace it under the terms of their warranty. We only carry products made by reputable manufacturers who provide excellent customer support.

Refund of shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable once a product has shipped. If an order is purchased with free shipping and then returned, our actual cost of shipping the order will be deducted from the amount refunded.

We are not required to accept returns beyond the return windows stated above. If we do accept a return after the return window has passed, you may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%. 

We cannot accept returns for any items without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our company. Packages received without a RMA may be refused and returned to the sender. To receive an RMA Number, please send an email to support@80percentarms.com

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your product please mail the item(s) using a provided RMA label. If you have not received one yet please reach out to our Customer Service Team by emailing them at: info@dtarms.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is caused by our own error or manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
